What is the difference between BotPlatform Personal and Enterprise plan?

1. Robot accounts and Contacts number

Personal plan limits only one robot account, which supports about 1000 IM contact.
Enterprise plan could have N robot accounts, concordant work as “robots cloud” could have N x 1000 contact as you need.
Enterprise Provision plan could set a specified robot account which supports 5,000,000 contacts.

2. Push message

Personal and Enterprise plan support push customized message content to contacts when needed.
Only Enterprise Provision plan do not include this feature.

3. Contacts invitation (New)

Friendly ask existing contacts to introduce Bot to their friends on contact list.
Only Enterprise and Provision plan support this feature for spread the Bot account.
We have the rights to limit this feature if there is any abuse.

4. AD removed

Only Personal plan have our advertisements and words “Powered By BotPlatform” in chat window and activity window.

5. Offline message

Only Enterprise and Enterprise Provision plan support customized offline message, it will show to buddies who try to chat with unavailable Bot application and in “Away” status.

6. Technical support

Personal plan provides Online Feedback support
Enterprise plan has email support as supplementary
Enterprise Provision plan has phone support and full support service.
